In short: Simple Handstands is a personal tool to assist with your handstand training. By installing or using the application, you agree to these terms. Please train safely within your physical capabilities.

1. What the App Is

Simple Handstands (the "App") is a personal training tool designed for Android devices. It is not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for qualified coaching or medical advice.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your personal Android device for non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable policies of the Google Play Store.

3. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Handstand training carries an inherent risk of physical injury or fall. You are solely responsible for practicing safely, using suitable protective space/mats, training within your ability, and seeking medical guidance if necessary. Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  • Use the App in any manner that violates applicable local or international laws.
  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass any security features or content protections.

5. Ownership of Content

You retain full ownership of all data, recordings, and media created on your device while using the App. Because Simple Handstands operates without cloud accounts or automated syncing, your media and data remain stored locally on your device unless you choose to share or upload a session for support.

6. Service Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from changes to or unavailability of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including personal injury or loss of data) arising out of or related to your use of the App.
